Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 January 2026.
At Assetivora S.A.S. we handle the personal data you share with us using a minimum-necessary approach and in line with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
Controller: Assetivora S.A.S., CUIT 30-71890234-5, registered office at Av. del Libertador 4500, 12th floor, C1426 CABA. Any data-related enquiries can be sent to privacidad@assetivora.com.
2. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide when completing the contact form (name, email and message) and the navigation data strictly necessary for the site to work. If in the future you open an investor account, we will separately request the data required by anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing regulations.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (i) reply to enquiries, (ii) comply with legal obligations, (iii) prevent abuse of the site and (iv) — with your consent — improve the experience through aggregated metrics. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent (Section 5, Law 25.326), on pre-contractual actions and on the legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms.
5. Retention
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes and, where applicable, for the minimum periods required by accounting, tax or anti-economic-crime regulations.
6. Recipients
Your data may be accessed by: our internal team, technology providers under data-processing agreements (email, hosting, customer support) and competent public authorities upon formal request. We aim to host information at protection levels equivalent to those required by Argentine law.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition by writing to privacidad@assetivora.com. You may also file complaints with the Argentine Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logs and periodic reviews. No system is 100% secure, so we also ask you to take care of your own credentials.
9. Minors
The site is not directed at people under 18. If we identify data from a minor, we delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will publish the new version with its effective date and, where relevant, notify you through our usual channels before it takes effect.
