Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 January 2026.
These Terms govern the use of assetivora.com (the "Site") operated by Assetivora S.A.S. By browsing the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue using it.
1. Nature of the service
The Site presents institutional information about the real estate crowdlending model offered by Assetivora. Participation in specific projects, where applicable, is carried out through separate enabled channels, subject to the regulations of the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) and to the investor identification processes that apply.
2. No public offering from the Site
The content of the Site is informational and does not constitute a public offering of securities or personalised financial advice under Law 26.831. Each investor must assess, on their own account and with a trusted adviser, the suitability of taking part in a project.
3. Acceptable use
We ask for good-faith use: no attempts to compromise the security of the Site, no unauthorised mass scraping, no commercial reproduction of content without permission and no messages that infringe third-party rights.
4. Risks
Any real estate investment involves risk, including construction delays, cost variations, regulatory changes and partial or total loss of the contributed capital. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
5. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, texts, photographs and Site design belong to Assetivora S.A.S. or are used under licence. Any use beyond what is expressly allowed requires written authorisation.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to external resources. We are not liable for the availability, content or privacy practices of those third parties.
7. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue Site features for maintenance or improvements. We aim to minimise impact on the experience and, when a change is material, we communicate it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Argentine law, Assetivora is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the Site. This clause does not limit consumer rights recognised by Law 24.240.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute that cannot be resolved in good faith, the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights.
